Lee Connell brings over 15 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with a proven track record of building teams and growing businesses. As President and Co-Founder of LRT Solutions, he oversees company growth, operations, and strategic partnerships. His leadership background includes serving as Vice President of Brokerage Operations at Covenant Logistics and more than a decade in leadership roles at U.S. Xpress Logistics. Lee is passionate about scaling operations, developing talent, and driving long-term success for both customers and carriers. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife Jessica and their two sons, Wyatt and Maxwell, and coaching their various sports teams. Above all, Lee’s faith in Christ guides his life, and he remains actively involved in his church and community through Calvary Chapel, Junior Achievement of Chattanooga, and the McCallie School alumni and athletic councils.
